I am a psychotherapist, author, and speaker who specializes in the ups and downs on the journey to and through parenthood as well as the grief that often accompanies life transitions. In my private practice, I specialize in reproductive mental health and guide parents through the multifaceted terrain of infertility, perinatal loss, pregnancy after loss, and the delicate postpartum period. My approach is deeply compassionate and authentic as I work to understand the unique struggles of each individual client that often accompany large life transitions, reproductive trauma, and the identity shift of transitioning to and through parenthood.
In my clinical practice as a therapist, I specialize in working with mothers and their partners through the grief of infertility, perinatal loss, pregnancy after loss, and the postpartum period, including parenting after reproductive trauma, along with middle motherhood struggles.
